This is not HV, it is for a Wartime official, it would have the eagles on the boards. The pictures are not great but the gray collar is correct. Need to see details to really figure out value etc.

It was a special category of officers formed for occupation governments and territories- they were referred to as MVB, if you have the Angolia Schlicht book they are described in Vol. 2 starting on page 183.

Here is mine-I forgot how light the collar color is on this one. Can you tell if the one you posted is dark green? It could be HV maybe. The Admin insingia is complicated and changed several times. Laurence Strong knows all of the different types.

Love the ribbon bar on that tunic, Johnny! I think the one posted by Inimicus is also for a Kriegsdauer, just with a darker shade of gray for th ecollar material. The dove gray on your collar is striking.

Thanks, some crazy man sold me the ribbon bar to get beer money for the SOS. I am pretty sure that it is Foreign made which would make sense. I think the typical shade is like Sonderfuhrer and more charcoal
