I do not know what that is. The cloth and color reminds me of post War South African Army Uniforms but it could be TR.

Perhaps its a TKS (Speer) officer's tunic? and NSKK is also a possibility.
        Any stamps on the inside?

RAD and OT almost always had units stamps somewhere in the liner
(unless its privatey tailored of course)
Any clear ghosts of past collar tabs? shape? That's always a good indicator
        of branch!
Does it show signs of ever having slip-on shoulderboards (loops removed?)
or sew-in type? (and perhaps now stitched shut?)

        I like it!

I like it , but I have never saw the same.
Inside is no stamps and I tihink it is no loops for shoulderboards.

I don't think so its brown, not khaki, it has a dark brown collar and the pocket corners are not angled...not KM.

Its Speer/ NSKK or RAD. Leave OT out, they did not have dark brown collars!
                I like it also!
If it never had shoulder boards, or loops I guess it could be RAD. SOmetimes they did not use eppaulets for some reason on enlisted tunics...b ut its strange that it has French cuffs which would be an officer style and officers always had shoulder boards in the RAD...
