      are there other markings inside? It s interessting piece, no doubt about period WW2 example....

            This is an original pre-war RAD jacket with (original) insignia added after the war IMO.

            The brown color and markings are typical for RAD jackets.

            I don't know what happend to the collar...it was added postwar perhaps...

            Also beware that an eagle like we see here, can't be on a early war M36 tunic...We see eagles like those on M43 tunics made it 1944,45

              A keen eye, Sander!

              I just noticed the typical RAD strings to tighten the centre of the tunic, and also the date WITH month, someting you don't see on a WH tunic. Collar looks very crappy...

                Very early WWII reenactors actually made Heer tunics from RAD clothing believe it or not. This might be something for that as well.
