Maker info needed

Anyone here familiar with the maker 'ORAG ULM'? I have seen this on an Army uniform and have looked around, but the only other reference I have found was on a (very nice) Navy tropical M-41 posted from the collection of Michel Legrand on GMIC.

Ulm is a town in Baden-Wurttemberg, ORAG may be the name or acronym for the Fabrik or company organized as a Aktiengesellschaft "AG" that made the tunic. Just a guess
