That's the first time I have seen the "stylized" REITZ name in a tunic or anything, it is he style they have on their paper tags when new. Very nice.

The Ritgen wrap was a "one of a kind" and a once in a life time opportunity to own a true piece of history. It is the envy of anyone who even casually likes panzer.

That is the nicest thing I have seen to date around the Flak Tunics...absolutely beautiful. Happy for you to enjoy it in 2010 and contact me in early 2011 to sell it to me!!

                  Thx Dave!

Coat is dated -39 but basically this uniform was not worn during the war, apart from (naval) military attache's etc who served abroad and f.ex. represented Finland on official receptions. And after the war dress was discontinued.

You are right, very rare set

Are you sure. It could be my eyes but it looks like the arms end are touched on the picture. On the picture it is different tailored. I don't know how to say it correctly but on your tunic the cuff cloth is turned up. I can't see that on the picture

                    Nice tunic anyway
                    Erwin L,

Your comment made me curious, so I went back and looked at Kurt's original photos. It is hard to see, but the tunic has the cuffs in the photos, they are just rather hard to see. The photo may have been reproduced several times altering its clarity, or just not a great photo to start out with.

I agree, they are there just very hard to see and out of the main focusing point of the lens.
