Breast eagle of luftwaffe aluminum without marking, opinions please.

Hi, I bought this breast eagle, as there are many discrepancies with the parts labeled "big A Assmann", I decided to buy one without marking manufacturer.

I would like to know your opinion, what do you think of this breast eagle?

Been looking for a couple of these threads and thought there were more recent ones asking about this specific eagle.

Anyway, I've had this one since 2004 and always liked it. I do see a small mark on the center reverse that mine does not have. Is this just a spurious mark, ding, or an actual maker's mark shown in post #3?

Your's different, the hinge is much wider, think there're about 3 makers who made eagles with crimped-in hinge .., nice original though ..

The little mark you see is just a flaw, none of the 2nd model Summer eagles are maker marked, except the Assmann's.

Yes, there seems to be a wider variety of these than we knew 5-6 years ago.
