This post card was sold on Ebay by a UK seller this morning along with what is described as "a patch". Full auction description:
ATTRACTIVE POSTCARD OF LAND GIRLS & AN OLD CLOTH BADGE....
No other info was provided so seller had no idea what it represented...
It was not even listed in the German ww2 section.

So who got lucky? Sold for 76 bucks (47 UK pounds)
I got out bid on this beVo Cossack shield....

Thoughts?

Ha ha ha...I didn't mean you were a bottom feeder. I was paying you a compliment meaning you search just about everywhere possible, and put a lot of time in on the hunt.

True! I just forgot to look again(after my high bid was surpassed...)
I guess I should have put a more realistic high bid in... I blew it with a conservative bid...
and it ended while I was commuting to work....That's probably when it got sniped...at the very end...
I would have gladly paid $76 bucks for this shield...oh well...
(and it came with a bonus post card!!)

I was just wondering if a WAF member got it...
