I'm sorry, I can't help you with the Luftwaffe eagle, but the Heer is an original late war one.

I am not likeing the LW eagle either, the details look off such as beak, also very thin legs and swastika! If it is good which IMO it is not... It is for sure not a one looker!

Now go and Eagle yourself!!!!
You'll not find this example shown with the good one's IMO.....
I learned a lot about Luftwaffe Breast Eagles on this thread!

The Heer is a one looker late war type, I have one of these. The luft looks wrong, though the image is not very good and its hard to see the details clearly, but to my eyes it looks to have the extra wing highlight threads running at a tangent to the normal highlight threads which is indicative of a copy, IMO
