KM cloth Small Units Combat badge

Recently picked this up in a lot of cloth insignia, mostly US and Brit. It is the Combat Badge of the Small Battle Units (Kampfabzeichen der Kleinkampfmittel) doesn't seem to be much information on this insignia.
