M44 Panzer Breast Eagle

hah, JUST found this stuck in a lot of US patches I had for a while and was sorting through. Got stuck to uncut US airborne wings on black background so I never even knew I had this bird.

This IS the M44 correct? Collectors Guild seems to make a big deal about M44 vs M36 types. What's the ballpark going rate in these anyway?

Looks good to everyone or am I not seeing an obvious flaw?

Hi,
its not an m43/44, as they are on a triangular backing, instead I think its an m40/41, grey eagle on black, whilst the m36 is white eagle on black.
