Hello Gentlemen,
In my opinion, it is nothing I would want in my collection. It is either custom tailored junk or just plain reproduction. The eagle looks very strange to me as well.

It looks like somebody may have taken an old Janke wrap and relined it using the original pockets that were in the tunic? It looks like a big exercise in futility. The skulls might be good! Best to stay away from this one too.

The front closure is a straight down SS cut...I like it actually as a custom piece...
with assault gunner red piping!
The ranks and skull insignia appears to be real, but honestly I am not a wrapper expert
and the eagle looks strange to me as well...
If its from the same source as the Polizei wrapper? Not a good sign...

Did the seller state whether the piping is red or pink? On my screed it does look red as Nick mentioned. Does the seller give any explanation for the odd lining?

thanks for all the opinions and help with this tunic.
this wrapper is from the same seller as the police wrapper,i have also asked about the piping and the lining.
see what he comes back with.

if the piping is red why would this be on a panzer tunic?

The eagle is a fake, it has only four inner wing segments, instead of the five it should have and it just looks wrong.
