I picked this up with a few other WWII leather jackets (I'll be posting the others over the next couple days).
I'd like to get some feedback on this. I found a similar coat in another thread...

What do you guys think? Is this a Kriegsmarine (U-Boat) Coat? What else can you tell me about it? The only marking is shown in the photos below; M 1942 on the inside beneath the interior pocket. I noticed the coat in the thread mentioned above has an Eagle and Swastika stamped on the leather, but I cannot locate that stamp on mine. Does anyone know which button it should be near by?
