I picked this up in a trade but after looking at it in detail am not sure about the stamping etc. Opinions would be welcome on this as I can give it back! Instead of the normal 5 numbers this has 7

Looks good to me aswell..

The 2 top numbers are indicating that this wrap will fit a person within these heights..
