Is the piping on SS collar tags always the twisted type? I found a pair this weekend at an antique shop but the edge wasn't twisted it was sewn, and the back wasn't folded like all the photos I have seen, it is a light colored cloth. What gets me is they don't glow under a blacklight. Can anyone help me out with this one? Thanks, Phil
