Luftwaffe Collar Tabs, OK?

They look fine, but I would recommend checking the core of the outer piping with a black light--I've seen a few that looked convincing but where the piping core would fluoresce brightly.
By the way, are these for sale--I need a set or two of Lt. tabs/boards.

Hi guys,

Thanks for all the . These were an ebay purchase and a "buy it now" at that but I thought they looked ok so I got 'em. Now the seller has a black pair listed, same construction and condition. Not a bad thing necessarily, but that makes me a little nervous to see that more than one pair in mint condition made exactly the same from the same seller. We've all seen that before. Does that change anyone's opinion? I don't want mine to be bad but I don't want to have to buy theses black ones too .

Erich, thanks for the tip about black light testing the core of the piping. The core is the same color yellow-gold as the tab and passed the test. I had bought them to replace a similar pair that's worn, but I think I'll keep both pairs.
