i have bought this single strap. Its a Lt for PzRgt33 - but the strap is bright and has loops. On which jacket did this Lt. wore this strap?

Possibly the white Summer Dress jacket, which I believe called for bright (non-subdued), removeable boards.

It could be worn on any uniform that accepted slip on boards. As shiny as they are, they wouldn't look out of place on a wrapper.
