    Combat tunic

    Hello all,

Is this one looking decent? What model is this anyhow? I believe the boards are piped for Panzer.

Please let me know either way. Thank you.

    Hi,

Your jacket is so called M43 model and yes indeed boards are "Panzer" piped. Looks decent and fine example.

Yes, late war "no colour" m-43 tunic.

      Looks like well used.

        Hello again,

I appreciate the feedback, hopefully I can afford to purchase it. Would my M40 Heer helmet be ok to display with this one or would a M42 be better?

A M42 would probably look better with it but either would work. I would get more pictures before agreeing to buy it and check "under the hood" with the insignia.

Agree, from these pictures, I do not have high hopes for the shoulderboards..

If I do purchase this anyone know where I can find a pair of salty matching boards that would be correct for this tunic?

That is easy, getting married, raising kids and paying for everything is hard. Boards like that are fairly common. No worries there.

                      Hello again,

So can I put any branch of service boards on this one, are the collar tabs limited to any specific theme on these or no? I think I found a pair of salty Pioneer boards, will these work?

With the generic litzen any branch piped boards would be ok. Is there a unit stamp anywhere in the tunic?
