just came to my mind, i never noticed it, the nek label is almost letting go, just a few stitches

I would say they are two different firms but one could have been bought out by the other and old tags used etc. hard to say. If you can find an old Augsburg telephone book on line or somewhere else and match the Bischof name to the address on the other one then you would know. The gold and blue tag is a national tailor-association for quaility work etc. but is not related to the maker.
