Sport Shirt Eagle Question

Hey there guys just picked up a lot and there was a black sport shirt eagle in there. I thought it was the same as the one that I already had but then I realized my other one is blue. Does anybody know what the difference between the two are? Is one Army and one Navy ? Faz
