Sorry, this is a modern patch used by a German Neo Nazi movement. They used insignia very similar to HJ/BDM in appearance. These turn up on Ebay DE from time to time. The embroidery, material and backing are all tells.

The embroidery doesn't look like the high standard of the TR as well

As far as I see the only good thing on the TR stuff from this lot is that it came with lots of good stuff from other periodes so its no commercial loss to dispose things like this...
