Got a Ammo. Pouches with LW stamping/marking inside lid.

I/L.F Nachrict. Reg. (1) 4

As far as I can understand its about a unit of I/Luft Flotte Recce. unit 14 or 4
Can someone tell me a little about the unit above, or maybe give me a ide where I can find some background material.
