Is there a name tag or any other info etc. If he has a DKiS etc. it shoul be fairly easy to ID him even without a tag.

Of coooooouuuuuurse - but he was in command for those men. Or is every tank-officier a panzer-driver...???

Wearing the branch-colour does not mean they automaticly act the way theri branch is named...

I know I looked into the Herr Oberst and I could never find out anything about him, which seems a little odd for somebody with a "von" before his name. I suspect if it was legit somebody would have snapped it up by now, even through the price is - admittedly - up there.

I personally would not buy anything in that rank without finding a match and feeling good about all of it being period.
