can any body Id these boards for me.

Second from right is a Fire Hauptwachtmeister with 2 pips removed, maybe 1920s.

I am not sure what post-WW2 West German insignia look like.

The Meister boards on the left have pips for a Hauptmeister that don't look right where they are: the shape of those boards suggests to me that they are post-WW2, since they don't look like 1920s ones that I have had on uniforms.

Third Reich-era Meister boards with a green backing used silver & brown Russia braid, not silver & green. Suspect yours are post-war. In addition, as Rick noted, the placement of the rank pips is incorrect.
