Got this group of items today, from the same gentleman
I purchased some items that I posted about 2 weeks ago.
Never hurts to ask again. I'm going to post the maneuver
helmet straps on e-stand and the CIB, anyone know what a
fair price to ask for the straps is? Feel free to Pm' me.

It is german period for sure, for mountain gear to be carried inside the mountain pack

Agreed! GJ Mountain related! These bags had color coded patches (here shown = blue) for quick recognition of its contents.
I assume classifications were; food items, ammo, climbing gear etc... (in various color codes)
