KM white jumper eagle

Hi all,

found this white jumper along with the metal eagle pictured in my previous thread. It features a woven eagle and this eagle is handstitched to the jumper. The style of the eagle reminds me of early Heer types but I'm not that into eagles so I'd like to know if this a good one and if the handstitching is correct as I always assumed these were machineattached. Thanks!

I believe this to be an original 1st pattern KM blue on white eagle. Nice looking!

Thanks Fred, well this makes sense as the jumper has a name tag for a guy who was enlisted in 1940. Only question now is whether these eagles were handapplied to these jumpers or only by machine.
