i have seen this cap tally on ebay USA(unterseebootsflotille emsmann) as original 100x100 ww2 ,in my opinion is a nasty fake,construction as current german navy cap tallies...
isn,t it?

i have just received am e-mail from cap tally,s seller because i told him he was selling a fake,the response is:Thank you very much. We didn't know as this came in a grouping we bought. Where this one was made with Rayon instead of polyester, we thought it was original.

but he remains selling as ww2 item!!!!!!!!!!

may be a fool can buy this crap!!!!!!!!
