Tropical cap insignia

I just picked up some Tropical cap insignia that looks to be cut directly from the caps. I wanted to post a photo to ask your opinions as I am no expert on cloth. I know the photos are not the best, I am on the road just now and took these with my phone.

Thank you gentle men. This morning I took the items back to the place of purchase and asked for a refund. After some initial resistance it was granted. Membership on this site has paid for itself again. For the benefit of other members, the shop is in downtown San Antonio, Texas.
