WW2 Era Label? Hch. Muermann

Looks like these guys were also around after WW2. Is there any way to tell if this is a WW2 era label?

Here is a pic of the overcoat itself. A somewhat nebulous photo, but you can see the basic features of a late war overcoat. Or is this postwar? I asked the owner how the buttons were marked, but never heard back. He did say it took sewn in shoulder boards.

Any help would be appreciated.
