    Hello: I just pulled a nice Army officer uniform from veterans estate ..Not sure what this Yellow piping stands for ..Army officers uniform ..Help needed please .. ..See attached pictures ..Thank you ..Brent

                Many thanks to all that chimed in ..Its Signals then for sure . What did the 40th Signals do?? What sort of duties in the field ? Battle history ?? Can anyone help further ..Can I find out any more about this Officer ..His name is written inside the pocket on his jacket . ?? Brent

                    I understand this uniform belonged to a Officers with the last name of "Baron" maybe..

                        I do not think it is "Baron", there appears to be an Umlaut over the first vowel, but someone will be able to read it for you, Member Naxos is very good at that. Names are always a nice thing.
