Opinion on a pair of tropical trousers.

Gentlemen,

I got this pair of trousers today. I got it on the e-stand and I believe it is a pair of trousers made during or before the war. It was found together with a 1 model tropical tunic.
This pair has been green once, but it has been heavily bleach by the sun. I think I can see a stamp but it is very faint.
So my question is if this is a pair of German made trousers or if it is maybe war booty from France? Any opinion?

The pants ARE TROPICAL !!
John,have you ever seen a drill pants made with olive/green ribbed cotton
(see the non bleached part)

This pair was found and worn with this jacket.

The shape is of course different as an issue heer tropical pants with belt.
Variant ?Or I agree with Mark,KM could be possible too.

No I have not but I have seen them in that "cut" or pattern while I have not seen tropical trousers in that pattern. Just my opinion. I don't profess to know it all.
I don't doubt they came and were worn together but that doesn't necesarily make them "tropical"
