Well, I would not count it out yet. Clearer photos would be a helpful.

The jacket looks to have potential; the insignia much less so (especially in terms of period application).

Agreed: replaced and could entertain doubts about originality of tabs and straps

Might as well include the boards with a clear shot of the piping. I can't get a read on the piping material on tabs or boards. A clear shot of the breast eagle sewing would be helpful too.
