shoulder board & eagles

Hi all, can you say me what is this pair of shoulder board please?
Is first eagle for heer schirmutze (or SS arm) and second eagle for forestry cap?
If no, for what piece of equipement please?

Sorry, but IMO both these eagles and the shoulder straps are bad....the machine embroidery is "unique" on the first eagle, the bullion on the 2nd one is not typical German bullion (looks Pakistani....) and the straps are ...well, they are bad....can't say it much differantly.

Certianly variations exist and foreign-made versions....but these wouldn't be for me.....

(I got these in this small lot an person who gave me, said that eagle and chincord was removed from a schirmutze. Doesn't know for shoulder board)
