Need help with Political collar tab

Picked this up tonight from a guy who answered my ad about WW2 items. Also a SS pennant (posted here in the flag section) and also some tinnies. Ive never dealt with political items so I dont know if this is real? Its blacklight negative.

the swastika looks abit odd but then I really don't know much about political items but a high ranking item would be of high quality

I would suggest trying the political section for input.
