KM patch

HI guys,
After a few hours of online research I think I have identified this as a KM NCO's carpenter's patch..any opinions or help would be appreciated.

You have to be careful with any KM embroidered insignia because it could well have been made for the DDR Bundes Marine as the same insignia was carried over to these organisations, for me the easiest sollution is to only collect KM insignia that is hand embroidered, much more difficult to find, but usually a sure bet.

I believe the DDR changed the shape of the anchors on their patches to a more simplified design not sure about the Bundes Marine

German Bundesmarine

Hi,

The "German Bundesmarine" had no patch in this form.
I think its an Original , nice Kriegsmarine Patch -> Zimmermannsmaat.
