Well,
Judging from your photos I think you have very good reason to be uncomfortable with this tunic. The whole thing appears to be a poor fake from start to finish...construction non-consistant with known examples, material wrong, insignia fake, fake wear where the eagle sat to give a more authentic appearance....
If you can, send it away and get you money back.

Yes, a complete fake from top to bottom. To be expected from ebay.

Same with tropical shirt from the same ebayer. Artificially aged by some sort chlorine.
