Can anyone please explain the difference between these two qualification badges? The info I found said the Blitz was worn by signals operators and the other was worn by radio operators? I thought that the two titles were the same?

I cant see the insignia-need a password to access them-, but the blitz is for radio operators within a unit, denoted by the colour of the unit they are attached to, ie pink blitz for radio man in a panzer unit, whilst the bundle of ligtning bolts, always yellow-or blue/grey for luft is for a member of a signals unit, or so I think is the answer to the question I think you are asking?

I assume you mean these two types of insignia.

I believe the Bltzbundle was for teletype and morse while the single blitz was for voice
