Rarity :marine kustenpolizei c/t ?

I just picked up a cufftitle for the Marine Kustenpolizei. Unfortunately it has some rust stains from poor veteran storage but is full length, officer quality celleon on doeskin.

I dont recall ever seeing one of these in the flesh. Can anyone more versed in these give me some idea of actual rarity.

Lots of these in a blue color with golden-yellow embroidery have been circulating ( under the tables ) at the MAX show for years by German dealers.

What is the estimate of relative rarity of these. I know I've never seen one in almost 40 years of looking at this stuff. (Maybe I've just been leading a protected life..??)

What might be a fair Estand value for it??
