Sorry if I was not clear. When items are posted like this with a statement of intent to sell etc. we know PMs and offers are sent. I like to post info in the threads for everyones security if there are offers on the table. This prevents the chance of multiple sales of the same item. It is a standard precaution not based on any one individual and not directed at Casey etc. In general I think it is a good idea especially if an agreement is made to purchase the items outside of estand. .
