Officer gloves, style never seen before

Here is my most recent find.
The officer gloves I've seen before were made out of more "shiny" leather, also the leather was thicker than these ones.

Do you have an Idea if they were used at other branches, maybe party staff?

RB numbers would be found in factory made issue-type items. These hand-sewn gloves would be private purchase- if they are even wartime. I believe this is a fake stamp that has been added to these gloves and doubt that the gloves themselves are of wartime German manufacture.
