    Tunic markings help

I have a late war tropical tunic with the following markings.
    RB. Nr 0/09??????
    180 1?8
    10?
    45 46
    75 67
    M45

I know the meaning of the RB.Nr and the M45 and the rest are size markings, but what do the extra numbers mean. No numbers have been crossed out, and they are all done with the same white ink. So I'm going to say they were all done at the same time as the RB and M45.
    Thanks.

I would want to see the stamp but the "extra numbers" if you mean those on top are the height range for a person the tunic would fit. So it would be 180-185 or whatever the second value was for height in CM and than the normal size stamps below. Later War clothing often has the height range stamps.

So there are no "extra numbers" the top values are the height and the number under that the chest size, the four values below are standard. This is a normal later war stamp. Can you post a picture of the whole tunic
