Thank You, you think the cut was from uniform removal?
The back is still suttle, so it didn't just snap off.
Still has some value i am guessing?

The buckram looks good, could be a field-made collar tab, or maybe Pz pionere tab? it looks smaller size than normal one. Dificult to know.
