General Staff dress trousers --- stone grey

I have this extra pair of stone grey General Staff dress trousers in my collection which unfortunately had its Lampassen removed. It is clearly visible that they were originally there so there is no doubt these trousers once belonged to a member of the German General Staff. I'm still torn if I should restore them by adding the bright carmine stripes or just sell them. So here is my attempt to figure out if somebody might even have an extra set of Lampassen (I have seen them sold before). Any idea on value of these unrestored trousers would also be greatly appreciated ...

These definitely had th elampassen on at one time - if you can find matching material, I suspect any decent seamstress could restore them!
