Admin Waffenrock with blue secondary piping

Here is a new one which I'm looking to add to the collection. This is the first one I have seen with the light blue underlay. Technically, what is his rank and possible career of this official??

The aiguillette is not correct and will be replaced. Can anyone ID this aiguillette??

Todd, I believe light blue is some form of judicial administration among others, but I don't have my references to hand at the moment.

Beautiful Waffenrock! Congratulations on finding this rare tunic.

Don C is correct... the blue underlay appears to be for a Kriegsgerichsrat, a member of the Court Martial Committee.

Nice Legal Officials tunic! Not too common of a nebenfarbe. You did well on this one.

If you ever come across one with collar tabs with the two light blue litzen cords in the middle, and the light blue piping around the three edges, you would have the uniform set up for a GFP Official!! Those collar tabs alone are rarer than hell!
