is it an authentic one and if yes, is this for an m44 trouser ?

I think it could be a late war private taylored strap for the m44 trousers,

but i am not sure,

if someone else can give me opinions or pics to compare i will be very lucky about that.

No it is not German, it is Warsaw Pact or Soviet made, some other people collect it IMHO it is still quite interesting item with own history.
