Hauptmann Boards - Army or Luftwaffe

Can anyone tell me definitively whether these Hauptmann shoulderboards are Luftwaffe Flak or Army artillery? Thanks in advance.

If they were LW they would have had the shiny braid. Subdued braid is Heer, although I suspect some LW officers may have prefered the dull braid in the field.
