What is this Arm Band?

Hi Folks

I'm trying to find out about this arm band. Who would have worn it? That kind of thing. Can anyone help? Because it came from a reputable source I am making the assumption that is genuine. All comments and advice gratefully received.

I haven't seen this one before and am a little suspicious of it. The Deutsche Wehrmacht arm band was used by uniformed German non-military personnel (RAD, Reichsbahn, etc.) serving with the Wehrmacht as auxiliaries. Generally this was a yellow band with embroidered (or more rarely, printed) text in Gothic script.
