Hi,
I don't know about the luft qualification badge, but It seems wrong, sorry I can't say why.
The medical is post war, as the snake faces the wrong way.
The SS is a fake, I'm pretty sure on that.
The Km, with the gold eagle has been trimmed where the signs that it was a fake would show, so I expect thats a fake.
The last army cap eagle is probably good, but the 'tell' is hidden by the folds of cloth. The coastal arty is probably good.
The trapezoid, is not something I know much about, so?
No comment on any I have not mentioned.

Here's my assessment:
-Luft pilot badge = no good...never seen a flatwire BeVo one like this
-medical badge is good but not WH probably DRK doctor as the snake goes the other way but those did come on diamond backed cloth usually...so perhaps still a post war version medical badge?
-SS sleeve eagle = no good
-KM cap eagle = OK
-WH trap = OK
-WH cap eagle = OK
-NSKK trap =OK assuming the mateiral is silver (not gold but that's probably just the lighting)

So my tally out of 7 = 2 fake (SS and LW) + 5 good of which 1 possibly not ww2 (medical)
