Normally I am a Waffenrock or piped tunic guy, but this one was so right it was impossible to pass on. It came with a vented double Erel visor in a size 59. I can find no evidence it has ever been messed with in any way. The 77.IR was part of the 26th Infantry Division. Ironically it was found at an estate sale only 40 miles from my home.

Don, killer set. Infantry items just have something about them. Jacques

Other than a Gebirgs Generalmajor Waffenrock set that I had more than a sneaking suspicion was a rebuild, I didn't see any exotic 'Rocks on Thursday or Friday when I was there. I heard a Panzer 'rock with Spanien cufftitle was supposed to show on Saturday, however.

                ...

Indeed, the "Spanien" did arrive and I bought it! I will post some photos as soon as I can -- and two other Waffenrocks that came home with me.

It was a great show, guys! No one should miss it.

And great seeing you again, Don.

                        Any really obscure LW tunics?

                          Mike,

Matt and I dropped by to say "see ya" but Neil told us that you were at the airport. I had wanted to see the LC rock but missed it. You will have to send me some pixs.

Paul, I didn't see much LW exotica in terms of tunics - there was a Administrative Fliegerbluse you would have loved, though!
