I bought this camo jacket a while back at a gunshow. A guy I bought pictures and a G.A.B from sold me the jacket for 20 dollars since I bought some other things from him. I am clueless what and where this flecktarn jacket came from. There is a date of 1970 but i googled 1970 flecktarn and found nothing like this. Here is what I can read as stamped on the inside of the jacket.

then there is some german writing which is too hard to see since it has faded.
Then inside a rectangular box there is a circle with a logo of some sort and HBA looks kinda like a rune and 1970 or two runes and 970. Any help would be appreciated.
