EM GD boards

Hi to all,

I have studied many hours the GD boards showed in this forum...and it's difficult to have a clear opinion about those since the concensus obtained by the collectors are always "maybe" ,"seems to be", "could be OK"

So,one more time, what 's your opinion about this pair.
I like the boards itself and the solid embroidery...

Many may disagree but my "opinion" is that these boards are good if these are from that tailors hoard from a number of years ago. They look typical to that batch.

I believe Bill Shea also has a number of various GD boards and waffenfarbes from that same hoard.

Maybe more pictures to see the shoulder straps construction could help. I have heard that this type of shoulder straps are not originals. The embroidered are very close to originals but are postwar made.

Hello Alexandre, I have had a pair like this, in my opinion original, was discussed here but as stated by Richard, many collectors do not like this type, hope can help you.
